Introducing:
Todd Snyder x Lagavulin Whisky
A new partnership founded on a shared philosophy: to honor what came before while finding new ways to carry it forward. This is a story about Time & Craft, and the people, places and rituals that shape them.
More to come 10.8.26 — because good things take time.
Celebrating 15 Years
Todd Snyder has spent the last 15 years designing menswear with both a respect for tradition and the drive to move it forward. It’s a philosophy shared by Lagavulin Whisky, which has spent over two centuries honing its craft on the island of Islay, Scotland. In celebration of Todd Snyder’s 15th anniversary, actor Ben Ahlers and Lagavulin Whisky hosted an evening during NYFW to raise a glass to our new partnership.
Setting the tone
As guests sipped Lagavulin 1991 Cask #1069 — a rare 35-year-old whisky from the private Casks of Distinction collection — Matt Berninger, lead singer and songwriter of The National, took the stage for a special live set. Todd still remembers first hearing The National in 2007, years before discovering that Matt was a fan of his work, too; their mutual admiration eventually grew into a friendship.
Well-dressed, well-poured, well-spent
Friends of the brand, models and musicians, photographers and actors all laughed and dined over curated Lagavulin Whisky cocktails. A thank you to everyone who came out to raise a glass to our new partnership with Lagavulin and to celebrate 15 years of redefining modern menswear. It was a night to remember; here’s to more to come.
“Lagavulin is a product of time, craft, and generations of knowledge, and those are ideas I’ve always been drawn to in menswear. History informs the work we do, but it doesn’t restrict it. The best things have a sense of character, they develop a sense of personality that can only come with age...and they keep moving forward, too.”
