EXCHANGES & RETURNS (Continental U.S. only)

Returns and exchanges can be made in-store or online. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached. Items marked "Final Sale," "Final Markdown," or "Clearance" are non-returnable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. For exchanges, we’ll gladly ship a replacement once your original order is in transit back to us. Please note that refunds issued back to your credit card typically take up to 5 business days to be acknowledged by your bank. Store credit cannot be changed or transferred after your return has been completed.

Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $7, unless store credit is chosen as a refund method or returns are made in-store. Find your nearest store location.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU ONLY)

For consumers residing in the European Union, the following applies in addition to this Return Policy where you have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU law.

Withdrawal Rights: If you entered into your contract with us through our website, you may exercise your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days from the date you received your order by using our online withdrawal function, which can be found here: https://returns.toddsnyder.com/, by submitting the model return form set forth below, or by contacting us.

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal electronically, select “EU Right of Withdrawal” . Use of the online withdrawal function does not affect your right to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal by any other means available under applicable law.

Our online withdrawal function enables you to:

  • Identify the relevant order from which you wish to withdraw;
  • Submit your decision to withdraw electronically; and
  • Review and confirm your decision to withdraw before it is submitted.
