Ill fitting, poor zipper quality

I wanted to love this but I hate it.

Every jacket I own is size L, but this size L is way too big. My arms are swimming in fabric.

The shape and hang of the jacket makes me look like like I have a large belly.

I know the description says this is good with layers but the model in the photo isn't wearing layers.

The zipper is already getting hung up and I've only worn the garment inside so far.

Really disappointed.
