Too small. Would like size 13 when available.

I have had several pairs of 990’s over the years.purchased at NB store. These are the best looking pair I have bought but the sizing was not right. The 13 is sold out so returned the 12. No return label and I spent $25 to return a $200 shoe. Purchase at NB store for 990v. No TS store here.
