The rugged cool of a military shirt meets the soft, sophisticated comfort of Italian wool in our Military Shirt Jacket. The silhouette is inspired by vintage field clothing and features two chest pockets with logo-ed, metal snap closures — there are also snaps at the sleeve cuffs. Even though the shirt looks like a typical woven fabric, it feels more like a lightweight sweater. Wear it over a tee as a layering piece, or all on its own.

Sizing problem

I first purchased the grey color of this in XL. Loved it. Then purchased this green. Also loved it. But the XL is more like a XXXL . It was strange and looks like a dress on me compared to the XL in grey which fit perfect.

Beautiful but big

Beautiful color and design, I really do love this item! However, I am normally a S/M - bought a small here and it was still several sizes big. I got it tailored though, and it looks absolutely fabulous!

High quality material with a sophisticated look

I’ve bought several pieces from Todd Synder but this military shirt in forest green is my new favorite. The wool is light weight and not scratchy, great for layering. The cut is slimming and has a sophisticated look that could be dressed up or down. Overall 5 stars - a versatile and durable addition to the closet that comes in handy for travelers
