These chic trousers are casual but refined, in an oversized yet tailored modern silhouette. A natural waist and double reverse pleats (which face out, away from the fly) lead to a relaxed fit through the legs for a vintage-inspired look. At the waist is a removable belt in the same chic, Italian gabardine the rest of the pant is made from. Gabardine is a type of twill worsted wool that was first introduced in the late 19th century; lightweight, breathable and durable, our take is a transitional weight 4-ply wool with perfect structure and drape. Another special tailoring detail we love: the split back at the waist.

Loving these trousers- the fit is great for a relaxed, comfortable but tailored look. Too often I see oversized outfits that look sloppy. This is the perfect modern relaxed fit.
The Italian gabardine self belt trousers are truly a combination of both sophistication and class! Inspired by a timeless style, they are loose enough at the break without looking sloppy or unkept. I have worn them once to an event at the MET in NYC and received a variety of compliments. I hope that Todd Snyder creates more of these in various colors.

Very good fit
4/5 - I didn't realize the fabric would be so thin & light. Additionally, and unfortunately, though TS does such a good job with giving leg openings, inseam, waist sizings and other detailed information about their pieces, they don't seem to give measurements of the front and/or rear rise. I'll see "high-rise", however to me, these were VERY high rise compared to similarly labelled pants. FWIW I was able to return these w/ no-hassle.

This is my third pair of self belted trousers from Todd Snyder. Easily my favorite pant that they put out regardless of the fabric. The cut of the trouser is incredible and I can’t wear these without getting compliments!
