Authentic 60’s cut and fit garment. Hard to find these days
I used to have a few of my dad’s motorcycle sweaters from the 1960’s and 70’s. They fit quite differently than comparatively baggy cuts of today. Tight around the mid section, cut long in the torso and arms, higher armholes so it hugs your shoulder and armpit. This garment fits in this authentic 60’s 70’s cut and I find this excellent. The cut hugs your abs and obliques, snug around the chest, and wraps your arms in a stiff heavy (and very warm) wool. I’m 5’7 125lbs and it makes me look like a 70’s stunt rider. It holds in heat better than any other sweater I own and makes me look like I just came off a movie set after a stunt riding scene. I think it’s great. But it’s an investment put it on or off - both arms in first then wiggle into it. If you’re ok with a different cut than everything else and have a decent enough figure to wear something this tight, this will be your by far favorite sweater. I want to get two because I love the one I have so much I don’t want to wear it out. I’m glad I found this one.
