Excellent Purchase
Great watch with a classic look. The case is a little thick which is something that may turn some off. This uses a Miyota movement which has been durable and an excellent choice for a first time user of mechanical watches.

This watch is really sleek and nice but it gets damaged VERY EASILY. I bought this watch for my wedding day and on the first day within a few hours of wearing it, the watch dome got a little scratch/nick in it. I'm a very careful person and it was being worn throughout photos and dancing, but given the price of the watch, I would've expected it to be a higher quality and not get nicked up as easily as it had. Not sure if it's worth getting another Marlin, because on all these models, the dome face sits rather high in comparison to other watches I own. I have an active lifestyle, and with the automatic movement I want to be able to wear this daily. This watch in particular doesn't hold up for regular daily wear.
Received my marlin a week ago and the blue dial pops in the sun . It looks magnificent . The strap is soft and fits nicely .
The only issue I have is the free spinning and noisy rotor .
Love the color
Love, love, love this watch it's low key and elegant at the same time.
