Knit from a wool blend, this soft crewneck sweater gets a bit of texture from a 5-gauge stitch. “Donegal” refers to a technique where small pieces of yarn in different shades are woven in at random to create a heathered effect that’s sometimes tonal and sometimes multicolored. It has a classic fit that works just as well over a tee as it does under a topcoat. Our favorite design detail: the vintage-inspired saddle shoulder, where the seams are set down along the front and back to create a more relaxed, rounded look.

I love this sweater, and the fit is great. It’s a rich brown color with the classic Donegal specks to add breadth to the look. I’ve paired it with a simple white collared shirt underneath to set off the brown. Nice. THis is one nice sweater for fall and winter.
Medium weight sweater that fits great with an oxford underneath. The Donegal wool is beautiful, without being too light or too heavy.
Beautiful weave on this sweater. Coffee brown was a missing favorite color in my wardrobe. Merino wool allows me to use it far more often since it can be worn in changable conditions. Runs slightly small.
I was really pleased with the Donnegal and the color saturation. 5’10 and 178 pounds, fits great!
