This is Todd’s take on a classic brushed wool sweater, the kind worn by the likes of JFK and Cary Grant. It’s knit from Italian wool, which is then brushed repeatedly to give it a soft, fuzzy texture that packs a little more visual interest than your standard crewneck. Our version is updated with a slim, modern fit and finish, with ribbing at the collar, cuffs and hem. Synonymous with a sense of timeless style, it’s an iconic addition to any wardrobe that plays well with just about anything you might think to pair it with.
Looks like a gorgeous color online and it is… but the sweater is creased and the fold line appears dark because the fibers are matted there— and this sweater is unbelievably scratchy. Not at all soft and zi had ordered several as gifts; all had to be returned.
I own too many sweaters of varying degrees of quality and price. This one is by far the best one I own. Well worth the price!
