For years a linen shirt was a sign that a man had arrived. The Cadillac of summer fabrics looks crisp and has a dry, cool handfeel. Our linen comes from Ireland's Baird McNutt, who have been in business since 1912. Maybe it’s the quality of the fabric? Maybe it’s the design, but this item has become a warm-weather staple in our line. The silhouette on these is the same as our traditional Camp Collar Shirts--a standard fit, a straight hem, side vents and a single chest pocket.
The shirt has a nice form and quality. However not seeing it on a model is misleading. The shirt is somewhat sheer but the folded over material along the buttons in the front and up around the collar is not.
Great fit and texture. Nice, cool and comfortable. Perfect for a day on the beach or a cool drink on the deck.

I purchased 2 knowing Irish linen would work best for me. I can not believe how great this shirt worked for a party I attended 2 days ago. I had to drive about 25 minutes ,but instead of me showing up wrinkled ,as plain 100% linen ,tends to leave me, I walked in like I just put on the shirt. I even danced outside in the sun and I maintained look and coolness.
It was a hit and people noticed.
Photo taken was towards the end of this outdoor event. Glad I bought 2 for new york but will purchase an additional 2 to use thru my winter in Florida
Had linen shirts before, but this one feels a bit different - has little extra body to it but still very light and comfortable. Fit is more true to size, not tailored.
