This take on the utilitarian classic pairs workwear detailing with an exceptionally soft and buttery Italian cashmere made from 100% recycled fibers. “Splittable” refers to an artisanal tailoring technique in which the coat is delicately stitched together from just two pieces of cashmere, which gives it a clean, beautifully contiguous line. Looking Forward to wearing this for a long time.

This is one coat I can expect to get many years of use from. Soft yet durable cashmere, well constructed, it puts Todd Snyder at the level and ahead of most luxury designers, including the ones already known for their knitwear. It is comfortable to wear, and well fitted without being too showy. I know I will get good use during cold New York Winters, but also being light enough to get around from mid-fall to early spring.

Great coat, Odd fit

Beautiful coat. But the fit was odd. Droopy shoulders and a tad too wide around chest. I guess TS is supersizing in the wake of the pandemic.
