Loake

William Loake opened the first Loake factory with his brothers John & Thomas, back in 1880. Today, five generations and more than 140 years later, the Loake association with fine, handmade footwear lives on.

The famous Goodyear construction for which they are known is a traditional and intricate process, with origins that can be traced back over 300 years. Only the very highest quality materials are used, and over 60 million pairs of Loake goodyear welted shoes have been produced since they began.
