Almost got exactly what I wanted

Would love to say that the product depicted on the website correlated directly to the the product I received in the mail. Not the case. Took a few shots at order and delivery, and returns, to get my second choice on this item. Size runs small. Universally, I take a size 11 US, so I ordered a 44, based on the size guide. Had to return them, and exchange for a size 45/12-12.5. They fit. Regarding color/style, I did not originally want these. I ordered something else, twice, but received the wrong color both times. Gave up and chose something else. Tough go at getting what was sold on the website.
